Why do we love trunk shows?
Trunks shows give brides an opportunity to see and try on dresses they normally would not have access to. For select dates only, a collection of gowns will be sent in by a designer to showcase an upcoming collection, or their ‘best of’ gowns.
Are there special promotions for buying during a trunk show?
Yes! Trunk shows often have a promotion as an added bonus for buying a dress from a trunk show.
How do I attend a trunk show?
Check our website and social media to see what trunk shows are coming up. Then set up an appointment for the appropriate weekend. It is that simple!
What should I know before attending a Trunk Show?
Things to remember when shopping at a trunk show:
- Trunk show gowns are typically sample sizes 4, 6, or 10. Some gowns are the original sample from the runways and may have been altered slightly for the models.
- Gowns do tend to stretch and give with wear. These gowns have been ‘loved’ as they are shipped around. So we do not size based on the fit of a sample gown. It is best to always pick your size based on your measurements.
- Be prepared to find your dress. Don’t be afraid to say yes to the dress, these gowns are only here though the trunk show dates.
